The lawn mower retail space hadn’t changed much in the last decade until Brightline and Cub Cadet partnered to bring users a fun yet informational way to test-drive residential riding lawn mowers. A virtual reality experience was created that allowed for retail employees to teach customers about the unique features of the Cub Cadet lawn mower by actually doing, rather than just seeing. Cub Cadet’s zero turn, 360 degree turning technology was highlighted throughout the test-driving experience, and customers were asked to mow their name in a virtual home yard. The final product was a realistic, natural mowing experience that allowed users to fully understand the capabilities of the exceptional product.
